What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the demand planning team to manage sales forecasts and execute production plans, ensuring a reliable supply.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support and manage production plans to meet deliverables.
- Prepare planning and inventory reports to support management reviews as needed.
- Manage, analyze, and optimize inventory.
- Establish, manage, and review supplier performance to ensure processes and deliveries meet company expectations.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Planning within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is desirable.
- APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in Oracle EBS.
- Demonstrates a keen willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and collaborate with teams.
- Possesses excellent data analytical skills.
- Has a good understanding of Supply Chain management principles.
