The Job
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for CNC machinery operation, manufacturing, and maintenance.
- Create customized training materials, such as manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to CNC machinery features.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to identify training needs and prioritize initiatives.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging content aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure participants gain necessary skills safely and efficiently.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving content and delivery methods based on learner input and performance
The Talent
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering technical training, preferably in manufacturing or engineering, with CNC machinery expertise.
- Possess a solid grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, particularly in machinery manufacturing contexts.
- Show proficiency in creating multimedia training materials using software like MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or eLearning authoring tools.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Display strong management skills to handle multiple training projects concurrently within machinery manufacturing, emphasizing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
