The Job
- Oversee and direct Leadmen/machinists to achieve production schedules and targets.
- Participate in pre-process discussions to determine necessary tools and fixtures.
- Assist in production planning, raw material oversight, and daily process maintenance.
- Focus on improving process flow and increasing quality yield.
- Provide clear leadership to align the production team with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to enable machinists to handle multiple tasks effectively.
The Talent
- Minimum requirement of NTC-2 certification or higher.
- At least 10 years of experience in machine shops, preferably with expertise in CNC milling and turning within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, with preference given to those with experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse workforce or team.
