Duties
- Engaging and ensuring the safety of the community forum as an administrator and moderator.
- Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in the community forum
- e.g. organising community conversations, sharing content on the platform, addressing user questions etc.
- Supporting mindline.sg product development work including developing user journeys and creating
- evidence-backed content for the platform.
- Building up and documenting a network of volunteer peer supporters and professional therapists.
- Supporting project management duties and any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling (SAC accredited) or related healthcare fields.
Other requirements/qualities skills required for the job:
- Good understanding of mental health and wellness domain is preferred.
- Keen interest in technology to explore the benefits it brings and adept at managing social media.
- A people person and able to empathise and build rapport with others easily.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Good event management skills and able to handle several multiplies responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including generating impactful content.
- Organised, meticulous and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
Experience:
- Prior experience with creating communities and community management will be an advantage.
