Job Description:We are seeking an IT Support Technician specializing in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach to support clients and internal users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CRM systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with users to understand and address CRM-related requirements, configurations, and customizations.
- Configure, customize, and optimize CRM systems to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security controls.
- Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data analysis activities.
- Coordinate with CRM vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on system enhancements and projects.
- Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality, workflows, and best practices.
- Stay current with CRM industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role with CRM system expertise.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Zoho CRM.
- Experience in CRM configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- IT certifications related to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
