- Salary: Basic from $4000 - $5000 + Transport Allowance $450 + Handphone Allowance $80 + VB + Flexi Dollars
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM); Saturdays (Alternate): 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Location: Outram Park MRT
Job Scope:
- Oversee daily operational activities
- Manage cost recovery processes
- Handle customer feedback/complaints and ensure service recovery
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, accidents, and claim settlements
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
- Ensure compliance with LTA regulations and reporting requirements
- Oversee new rental and project initiatives
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets
- Handle vendor management and relationship building
- Resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments
- Plan fleet utilization and vehicle movement
- Manage staff welfare, discipline, work performance, and HR matters
- Take the lead on all departmental and company matters
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
