  1. Management of Rewards queries from HPB Mailbox/Hotline
  2. Management of rewards adjustment
  3. Ops Admin Management
  4. Marketing Support
  5. Site Visiting
  • Diploma or above, preferably in business administration
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in Customer Care Management and/or Ops Admin Management
  • Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.
  • 3 days in office / 2 days work-from-home
  • Only Singaporeans are welcome to apply for this role.

Working Hours

  • Mondays – Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm including 1 hour for lunch
  • Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm including 1 hour for lunch
