The Marketing Executive is responsible for the contribution of the overall brand and marketing strategy of our retail subsidiary, Arbour. The Executive develop new products and execute innovative marketing strategies and public relation campaigns for new product/programme launches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall brand and marketing strategy in line with the brand vision, business objectives and value proposition
- Develop new products and execute innovative marketing strategies and public relation campaigns for new product/programme launches
- Plan and execute campaigns for brand development
- Monitor outlets and competitor’s presence to improve company’s marketing performance
- Liaise with cross divisions and be the brand custodian to ensure brand messaging and creatives adhere with brand CI (corporate identity).
- Set a benchmark metrics, measure, and report monthly performance of all projects, campaigns, and distribution channel initiatives to ensure ROI
- Increase end-consumer usage & word-of-mouth marketing
- Involved with NL marketing support team in planning for Social Media Content with main goal to create artwork and copywrite for social media posts
- Monitor SEO and user engagement in ecommerce, social media and website platforms and suggest optimization
- Assist the Retail Development Manager to manage and cultivate relationships with partners for events and joint promotions
- Maintain good relationship with key media for public relation coverage of important events or activities
- Work closely with the digital marketing team so that strategies are aligned
- Work closely with Operation team to come out with cost effective and efficient marketing activities
- Responsible for and oversees press release, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures, and presentation materials
- Generate marketing reports for management to review
- Involved with NL marketing support team in planning for Social Media Content
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in FMCG, Hospitality, F&B, Retail or Creative industries will have an advantage
- Possesses ability to execute videography and photography to a degree suitable for social media platforms
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape & advertising, social media trends and hands-on experience in B2C marketing. Additionally, a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance
- Contribute to business growth through the creation and sustaining of long-term partnerships
- Ability to curate monthly social media content in a mix of Facebook/Instagram posts, videos, stories, giveaways and IGTV & IG Stories live videos. Content should enhance branding while focusing on digital & lifestyle trends, current affairs and news. Content may also include covering of events and report brand stories for the platform
