Manager - eCommerce Application Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Manager - eCommerce Application Owner. In this role, you will lead the eCommerce rollout team through the entire process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and driving effective project communication.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Team & Program Management:

  • Lead the eCommerce rollout team, managing implementation and communication.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams and drive progress against goals.
  • Resolve blockers and support effective team communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners in complex team structures.
  • Streamline system processes and ensure operational stability aligned with KPIs.

2. Demand and Scope Management:

  • Clarify requirements and align them with business goals.
  • Identify gaps, localize requirements, and review risks.
  • Govern change requests and provide feedback on requirements.
  • Define scope, estimate effort, and provide input to management.

3. Business Consulting:

  • Provide consulting support as required and participate in rollouts.
  • Maintain contact with vendors to stay informed about enhancements or upgrades.
  • Conduct continuous testing to explore system capabilities and share insights with the team.

4. Vendor Governance and Deliverables Measurement:

  • Manage vendors to ensure quality development and delivery processes.
  • Oversee regional piloting and ensure quality documentation of solutions.

5. Integration Expertise and Management:

  • Ensure adherence to rollout and business processes.
  • Define integrations among global and regional systems and potential interfaces.

6. Maintain Regular Contact with HQ:

  • Receive guidance on strategic digital solutions.
  • Provide market requirements and conditions for future strategies.
  • Align HQ solutions with market needs and plan future developments collaboratively.

QUALIFICATIONS


Training:

  • SAFe Certification for Agile Scrum Master/Product Owner is advantageous.
  • Vocational training in business processes and relevant integrations.
  • Education in Business Management, Consulting, or IT Management.
  • Certificate in SCALE agile framework preferred.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
  • 10 years of automotive experience with strong IT integration expertise.
  • Experience in Product Owner or Project Management for digital products, particularly eCommerce.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in IT wholesales and retail digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and development trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
