This role will be required to support wide range of business operations activities to deliver the Transformation office’s goals and commitments. He/She needs to have a good understanding of the end to end business and delivery life-cycle and will be required to collaborate across business units and functional teams to execute operational activities and oversees the P&L of projects to ensure that delivery in accordance with contractual agreements. He/She will also support the business and report analysis requirement, as well as drive process improvements, automation and enhancements to improve performance & efficiency that is critical in our business growth & work productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Supports business operations & project management for assigned areas and workstreams.
- Supports P&L forecasting, revenue & margin management for selected complex projects.
- Engage & drive cross functional units discussion and vendor management to support business and delivery activities and collaborates with functional team to drive resolution of operational issues.
- Supports P&L forecasting for the business units by processing, collecting, & consolidating data from different stakeholders.
- Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and archival of documentations
- Design and Implement new or specified changes to processes and drive automation to improve productivity
- Drives continuous process, data refinement & improvement by performing analysis to trends & issues, develop insights & recommendations,
- Develop and enhance business measurement & metrics, and track effectiveness of changes
Requirements:
- Good understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
- Good management & administrative skills, proofreading and information management
- Good analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications
