Job Description:
-Work closely with internal and external clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs and to meet hiring goals and expectations
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping clients find, hire, and retain quality candidates
-Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in Business, HR or other related field
-Certified CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is essential
-At least 2 to 5 years of working experiences in recruitment
-Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
-Possess a can-do attitude, persistence and a positive mindset towards work
-Meticulous, attentive to details and ability to work under pressure
