Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of technical solutions in Data Centre Engineering projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft pre-sales solutions and assess feasibility, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints.
- Provide Project Management inputs across job responsibilities, coordinating with the Project Management team for seamless execution.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to address technical matters and ensure project alignment.
- Manage project scheduling, construction processes, and documentation, facilitating smooth handover to the Project team for delivery.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Centre or equivalent design and construction.
- Proficiency in variable design standards such as BICSI, TIA, and Uptime Institute Tier Standard.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions effectively across multifunctional teams.
- High resilience, drive for innovation, and commitment to achieving objectives.
