We are looking for contract Patient Service Associate (PSA) / Clinic Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
- Job Description:
- Responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, including billing and payments.
- Assist patients with inquiries, guide them through the healthcare system, and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient care and provide excellent customer service to ensure positive patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
- Minimum customer service experience required.
- Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
