We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving sales strategies, inspiring teams to excel, and ensuring operational excellence within our sales department to join us. This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals on top of individual targets.
- Work with the marketing department to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities for growth and come up with campaigns and strategies for business growth.
- Represent the company at events to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Monitor and conduct regular sales training sessions for the team to improve their sales techniques in order to hit sales targets more effectively.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline sales or related fields.
- Proven track record of success in offline sales and face-to-face sales.
- Experience in managing roadshows and event sales.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and the team.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast, smart and independently.
- Able to commit to work on the weekends as required.
- Immediate availability.
