Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insurance and reinsurance opportunities using metrics agreed with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and negotiate new insurance and reinsurance partnerships alongside sponsors.
- Coordinate the implementation of new insurance and reinsurance partnerships.
- Develop and lead the implementation of new services, products or operational improvements for the benefit of insurance partners.
- Support transversal initiatives that involve insurance partners across division.
- Drive synergies between partnerships.
- Manage and maintain commercial relationships with new and existing partners, ensuing adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the commercial health of existing relationships through regular interaction and review.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial sector, preferably insurance
- Sound knowledge and experience of international medical insurance and / or reinsurance partnerships
- Good sense Business and commercial acumen
- Ability to review and negotiate contract terms on behalf of company and insurance partners
- Proven organisational skills, strategic thinking and ability to understand the impact of change
- Meticilous to details and able to understand complex information and apply logical reasoning and assessment
- Strong interpersonal skill of communication and negotiation
- Self-directed and motivated, exhibiting a high level of initiative
