Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $2800 - $3500 + Handphone Allowance $50 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
- Location: Tampines
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to ensure swift and precise responses for pricing and quotations, catering to internal departments, overseas stations, and clients
- Timely response to client pricing inquiries and processing of e-bids via customer portals
- Efficiently manage tenders and RFQs for various Air-freight products when assigned
- Gather pricing information from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network sources (product teams, overseas stations) to deliver client-specific solutions and pricing
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all Air-freight inquiries
- Take responsibility for coordinating collection arrangements with both internal and external customers
- Collaborate with vendors to plan collection schedules and provide the Air Export operation team with comprehensive execution details, including cost information
- Thoroughly review vendor invoices for shipments arranged and ensure accuracy
- Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers when necessary
- Extend support to the team in ensuring speedy and accurate responses to pricing and quotation requests from internal departments, overseas stations, and clients
- Keep track of bid-winning ratios and conduct analysis as required
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned
