Job description:
- Prepare quotations and simulations for clients
- Planning, co-ordinate and monitoring order/project until completion
- Assist with sales inquiries, and quotations, process sales orders, and co-ordinate on-site delivery and installation schedule
- Handling documentation and administrative matters required for the commencement of works and project closing
- Able to read CAD drawings for quantity and technical compliance
- Able to make a prior examination and critical analysis, or detailed evaluation of cut-lists and shop drawings against the project’s specified requirement
- Monitor progress claims and ensure that all supplied materials are claimed accordingly
- Any other sales support and coordination jobs assigned

- Excellent time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with a positive work attitude
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of the project
- Passion for Architecture and Design
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in the stone trade
