The role reports to the CFO overseeing all fund accounting and operations payments, reporting, risk, internal control, management of external partners (e.g., auditors, fund administrators, tax experts), and banking workflows
Job Description:
Collaborate with fund services provider to deliver financial statements to investors
Support the investment team during the transaction cycles
Monitoring cash flows and cash balances
Prepare cashflow projection and maintain portfolio data
Monitor portfolio companies and valuation
Liaise with auditor to co-ordinate year-end audit process
Perform capital call and distribution
Responsible for all regulatory reporting, filing and tax
Requirements:
4/5 years of experience working with the buy-side is required
Qualified Accountant with at least 7 years fund accounting & operations experience
Solid Communicator and Proactive
Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with teams in China
