Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors to ensure timely and safe completion of plant inspection and modification works, adhering to good maintenance practices and minimizing disruptions to plant operations.
- Manage and oversee the plant painting program to maintain the integrity of plant facilities.
- Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups to execute plant modification works without compromising worker safety or facility integrity.
- Conduct and organize training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competency levels, particularly in handling rotating and static/piping equipment within the plant.
- Implement management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS651 standards to ensure quality, environmental responsibility, and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum of 2-3 years of work experience specifically in fixed equipment and piping work associated with the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry.
