Need to be ready for OT as usual, even on weekend (off in lieu) - Next to Tai Seng MRT
Job Scope
- Analyze statements of works, drawings, and schematics to determine project duration and resource needs.
- Ensure all project activities are coordinated for timely, accurate, and budget-compliant completion.
- Develop and oversee the project schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external project communication and documentation.
- Coordinate activities with the general contractor, construction manager, owner, and other trades as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, handling change orders, project updates, and delivery statuses.
- Provide consistent updates, reports, and supporting documents to project stakeholders.
- Review project progress to ensure alignment with schedule and budget.
- Manage both internal and external resources efficiently.
- Identify and address project risks.
- Attend on-site meetings and scheduled calls as required.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents for project materials, occasionally participating in tender interviews.
- Coordinate the transfer of the project to the service department upon completion.
