Position: Retail Leasing Executive
Location: Central Region
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 0900am – 1800pm
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
- Negotiate lease renewals and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentations.
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or equivalent.
- Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in retail/commercial leasing.
