Responsibilities:
- Act as a Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.
- Manage progress and milestones, promote and control issues and To-Dos, organize progress reports, and report to the client’s management.
- Manage costs and human resources.
- Communicate closely with clients, business, and IT-related members.
- Organize teams and lead them until the project ends.
- Manage clients' expectations to maintain the company’s positive impression
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project management or Delivery Lead, overseeing project development from start to finish.
- Proficiency in high-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher) to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Knowledge and experience in banking system development or implementation projects.
