Job Description :
-Respond to client enquiries and handle email requests from clients
-Coordinate with airlines and/or GDS for any operational tasks
-Manage travel operations, including ticketing, operate reissue/refund, reservations and other relevant operations
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by The Company from time to time
Minimum Requirements:
-A Diploma in Toursim , Hospitality Studies or a related field
-A minimum of one year of relevant ticketing experience
-Proficiency in the latest NDC and the three major GDS platforms: Travelport, Amadeus and Sabre, for ticketing, reissue, refund and other related operations
-Experience with submitting RA/RN on BSPLink
-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
-Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and handling work pressure
effectively
