Responsibilities
- In-charge of talent acquisition (recruitment, retention, engagement, etc)
- Handle learning and development function (TNA, training arrangement, follow-ups)
- In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding for employees
- Handle company events (Proposal, scheduling, budgeting etc)
- Verify and process confidential payments and its data entry
- Assist expatriates on housing, relocation and other matters
- Supports Corporate memberships and subscriptions
- Manage company driver and vehicle
- Liaison with corporate secretary
- Lead BCP and WSH
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of any discipline, HR preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience for senior officer. At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager capacity.
- Pro-active and willing to take initiative.
- Meticulous and analytical.
- Able to work independently, take on different tasks and work well under pressure.
- Possess good time management skills and able to prioritize tasks
