We are looking for patient service associates to be outsourced to our clients.
Job description:
- Register and schedule appointments for patients
- Assist doctors with administrative tasks and/or simple procedures
- Manage email, phone and upfront enquiries from patients
- Perform cashiering duties
- Provide chaperone assistance to patients
- Ensure overall décor and cleanliness in the clinic
Job requirements:
- Minimum 'N'/'O'/Diploma/Nitec level
- Experience with customer service
- Healthcare experience is not a must but highly preferred
