You could call us a market research firm, but our approach to and solutions for consumer research are unique. HOW WE DO IT?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as milieu surveys. The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesized through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

OK, SO WHAT ABOUT THE ROLE?

Milieu is working on a new product rollout in 2023 that will allow us to include SaaS-oriented solutions to our overall product offering, and also provide us with a strong foundation to continue rolling out new products and features regularly over time. This Product Delivery Manager role will be part of our newly created Rollout/Implementation team that will be tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of new products/features to internal users and clients.


As Product Delivery Manager, your core responsibilities include


1) Driving the adoption of new products and features with internal users

  • Integrating new products & features to existing workflows
  • Developing efficient operational processes to support new products & features
  • Ensuring the adoption of new products & features by internal end-users
  • Development of a knowledge base and best practice guide for the new products/features
  • Regular training internal end-users on new products & features

2) Supporting the commercialisation of new products and features

  • Operational support to ensure successful commercialisation of new products & features
  • Ensuring the successful adoption of new products & features by clients
  • Supporting regular training of new products and features to drive adoption amongst clients
  • Managing and delivering client projects that involve new products & features
  • Collecting, consolidating and prioritizing client feedback on new products & features

3) Ensuring continual improvements of products/features through internal users and client feedback

  • Conducting feedback sessions with internal end users/clients to collate product feedback
  • Contextualizing product feedback through clear user requirements/technical specifications
  • Developing a clear and realistic product roadmap through prioritization of product feedback
  • Working with product team to ensure product improvements are implemented
  • Ensuring product improvements are integrated into existing workflows/best practices

A FEW OTHER THINGS WE LOOK FOR

  • You’ll likely have at least 6-8 years professional experience working at either a research firm, advertising agency or within a research/analytics role at an agency or brand.
  • Background in statistics or research methods is ideal
  • Strong experience working with and retaining customers, including experience developing customers growth strategies.
  • You like a fun, cool, tech-focused, fast-paced start-up environment
  • You are responsible, accountable and can work well independently and with others in a fast-paced environment
  • You are resourceful and open minded
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, organizational skills & attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You embrace change, and can adapt to a changing work environment
  • You’re a trailblazer, and are comfortable paving a new path to find solutions and ways of working
