Job Purpose
To develop, support and maintain Information System and ensure the system meets Company Operation & Management requirements of Information Quality, Data Security across the organization.
Job Scope
1. Strategic Planning & managing application system design and integration.
2. Responsible for the Singapore & Batam factory projects in terms of application and system integration.
3. Evaluates and adopt new IT Technology.
4. Perform the process of examining a business situation with the intention of improving if through better procedures and methods.
5. Perform the process of gathering & interpreting facts, diagnosing problems and using the information to recommend improvements to the system or procedural flow.
6. Foresee system abnormality and ensure proper recovery procedures are set up.
7. Analyze, design, code and test programs to ensure quality standard by meeting the system or functional specification standard and schedule.
8. Provides alternative solutions whenever possible for improving the situation either using IT or procedural flow.
9. Ensure high system availability through proper system and database management by designing and implementing proper backup strategy and recovery methods.
10. Able to perform basic computer, printer, barcode scanner and server networking setup for production and office.
11. Able to support user PC to do simple fault finding relating to Hardware, Operating System and Application.
12. Provide training for user for New Application System across the organization.
