The position:
As the Regional Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific, you will be responsible for building targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and direct demand with SimCorp’s customers and prospects across the APAC region. Identifying and nurturing buyer intent will be an important part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, turning prospect engagement data from digital channels into commercial insight for the local heads of the business, sales and customer experience teams will be important to your success in this role. You will be an extension of the revenue generation teams, where you will manage stakeholder communications on the impact of marketing campaigns on pipeline development.
You will tailor primary content assets and make them relevant to target buyers within the region. You will partner with the broader Global Marketing & Communications Unit to plan and execute on highly targeted ABM campaigns, as well as broader awareness & demand gen activities.
You will be measured on goals associated with generating awareness and prospect engagement. You will report to Senior Manager, Head of Marketing, EMEA & APAC, and be part of a multicultural global team.
What you will be responsible for:
- Develop strategic, cross-channel marketing campaigns, targeting accounts relevant to SimCorp's product and service offerings in the APAC market
- Partner with the Global Digital Marketing Unit for campaign planning, management, execution, optimization and measurement
- Understand the clients and prospects SimCorp targets across APAC, with the ability to apply that knowledge to tailor content for targeted demand gen programs
- Curate and customize content to ensure relevancy to specific market needs.
- Analyze results of marketing campaigns and ABM programs. Manage stakeholder communications on the impact of marketing activities on regional pipeline development.
- Use Intent Monitoring techniques to curate digital buying insight for target accounts to Sales and other internal stakeholders
What we value

- Extensive years of field marketing/solution marketing experience in the financial services and/or financial technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Account-based Marketing strategy principles to support targeted prospect engagement.
- Knowledge of digital channels and other offline channels to create awareness, engagement, and direct demand.
- Excellent writing skills with experience of curating content and programs to create prospect engagement.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience working within matrix, cross-organizational and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Digital marketing experience especially with platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Demand base.
- Ability to travel across designated sales region and globally, if needed.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – be an ambassador for the Marketing organization.
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and work well under pressure.
- A genuine interest in the financial services and fintech space – and the ability and curiosity to quickly learn new concepts.
- Creativity and Courage– has the initiative and confidence to put forward new ideas and be the voice for APAC in global conversations
