We are looking for candidate to support HR and payroll function of a beauty company.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Craft and post job listing on various job portals
- Liase with schools for school internship programme
- Process job applications and conduct preliminary screening of candidates
- Coordinate and conduct face to face or virtual interviews
- Support hiring administrative work such as collection of documents, preparing letter of appointments and applying work passes and foreign worker medical for foreigners
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Facilitate payroll process by tracking timesheets, leave usage and salary calculations
- Calculate commissions for retail staff
- Process childcare, NS and maternity leaves claim
- Provide administrative support for government survey, grants and programme
- Oversee the renewal of staff insurance policies - Attend to staff HR enquiries and resolve grievances
Requirements:
- Pursuing Human Resource or at least 1 year working experience in human resource
- Strong command of English with good communications, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to translate English HR communications to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff
- Experience with recruitment and HR software will be an added advantage
Work location: Macpherson, 9am – 6:30pm
