Job Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in maintenance in fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
- Involve in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants' requests or feedback.
- Generate defect inspection reports
- Source for contractors & calling for quotations for works to be carried out.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical & Electrical systems.
- Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
