Job Title: Delivery Manager

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Saturday (if applicable): 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Service Period Calculation:If the onshore IT Personnel’s Service Period starts on 17 March 2025 and ends on 28 July 2025, the number of completed months of service is: 17 March 2025 to 16 July 2025 = 4 completed months The period from 17 to 28 July 2025 is disregarded as it is not a completed month. If the onshore IT Personnel has completed 4 months of service, the pro-rated leave is: 4 completed months × 0.5 days of leave entitlement per completed month of service = 2 days
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful delivery of overall IT projects and services, meeting business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and management.
- Evaluate the performance of team members.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and IT delivery.
- Certification in Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
