· Conduct market research and identifies needs, desires and sources
· Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders proactively
· Develop new major accounts
· Initiate and implement new service policy
· Evaluate performance of new products
· Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers and key buying influences in the assigned accounts
· Evaluate customer satisfaction management
· Attend to incoming enquiries and preparation of quotation
· Monitor projects and quotation and coordinate with management in pursuing projects
· Evaluates and determines customers’ quality requirements
· Formulates plan, marketing strategies and develop new markets for existing and new products
· Initiates and coordinates all marketing activities in order to achieve marketing objectives
· Forecast sales and develop plan to achieve the budgeted revenue target
· Ensure that contract review procedure is properly initiated and followed
· Review and verify internal and external corrective actions in consultation with the General Manager
· Identifies the responsibilities and authorities of staff reporting to him/her and their training needs
· Review and approve sales contract agreement and/or quotations
· Achieve overall objectives pertaining to sale budgets and targeted accounts
· Leading a team of customer service engineer in performing their roles effectively
· Attend to any escalation issues
· Conduct technical training
· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time
