Responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Providing first-level helpdesk and end-user support
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Requirements:
- Knowledge on Microsoft Business Central 365
- Proficient in Excel & Email Networking
