Responsibilities:
Personal assistant to Managing Director for travel arrangement, expenses & other duties
• Oversee overall office administration including maintenance and upkeep ensuring timely process with accurate information, relevant supporting document and follow up
- Oversee and liaise with corporate travel agent, monitor air ticket booking & issuance and visa application for business trip
- Timely processing of all vendor invoices and staff claims; check and update payment status when requested
- Assists in all employee benefit & welfare arrangement & claims, maintain timely updated files and follow up (corporate insurance, Medical & Flexi Benefit, long service award, health screening etc)
- Ad-hoc request when required
Requirement
· At least Diploma in any fields of studies
· At least 2-3 years experience in office administration, general affair or HR admin
· Proficient in MS Office
