Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Affairs Manager to identify and address clinical needs, offering tailored support to our customers.
- Effectively convey Zuellig Pharma's product-specific messages and unique selling points to customers, emphasizing differentiation from competitors.
- Assess clinical and knowledge gaps among customers, providing targeted support to enhance their confidence and competence in utilizing Zuellig Pharma's products.
- Develop comprehensive clinical training plans for assigned accounts, in consultation with the Medical Education and Training Manager.
- Partner with the sales team to organize clinical training events, product presentations, and customized workshops at medical facilities.
- Leverage feedback from external experts to enrich our understanding of data, medical/scientific concepts, and the therapeutic landscape.
- Lead training sessions on scientific/medical content at Product Informational Speaker Training events.
- Share valuable medical insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence gathered from the field.
- Deliver product and clinical training sessions for internal Zuellig Pharma staff as needed to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to colleagues within the organization, drawing on your professional expertise and field experience.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacology; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong collaborative skills, able to coordinate team efforts effectively to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- While experience in medication administration and treatment provision is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
