Job Scope
- Create individualized care plan to maintain health and reduce/address crisis while supporting families and caregivers
- Assist in activities of daily living
- Nasogastic tube insertion
- Catheter management
- Wound care
Requirement
- Min Dip/Deg in Nursing
- Valid SNB + BCLS
- Min 3 years of related exp would be preferred
- Able to work independently as well as in a mulitdisciplinary team
- Advanced Diploma in Palliative nursing/Gerontology would be an advantage!
