Job Description
- 70% Farmer & 30% Hunter Responsibilities
- Collaboration with existing customers on marketing and promotional activities
- Prospect potential new retailers/distributors to sell into by conducting market research on growth areas
- Oversee smooth execution of orders and processes throughout the supply chain
- Provide Market Intelligence & Feedback to Leadership
- Analyse sales data and consumer trends in the region
- Recommend pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies by adapting to the respective markets' trends
The Successful Applicant
- About 1 year of Sales Experience; with a keen interest in Outdoor & Sporting Goods to better understand and represent the brand
- Comfortable with regional travel to SEA countries, approximately once a month/quarter
- Knowledge in basic Sales & Marketing strategies - outreach on social media platforms/posts, executing marketing events and developing marketing materials with direction from Japan HQ
