Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Provide support in implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends, and developing of corporate training plan.
- Assist in sourcing, promoting training programs and internal events, organizing in-person and webinars.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
HR Data Analytic
- Ability to build and design user-friendly dashboards, present data and deliver insights to generatemeaningful results for data analysis.
- Coordinate, consolidate and analyze data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people demographics.
- To create and update the overseas employee contact list.
Employee Engagement
- Liaise, plan, and organize employee engagement events/activities as and when necessary
Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
- Pursuing a Degree or Master Degree in HR, Business Management, Business Analytics or any other relevant fields. (Strong interest in data analytics is a plus.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and also collaboratively in challenging projects and timelines, possessing excellent planning and organising abilities.
