Job Responsibilities:
Sales -
- Oversee all sales and enquiries of sports accessories via various channels
- Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
- Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
- Schedule and coordinate with clients on accessories delivery and sports courts/field maintenance
- Assist operations in coordination and administrative (paperwork include tender) matters
- Overall provide smooth coordination for the daily flow of operations
Administrative -
- Answer phones calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
- Manage and update company databases
- Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a post-secondary certification
- Relevant working experience would be advantageous
- Must have computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Open to learning and adaptable to changes
- Good time management and organisational skills
