Job Responsibilities:

Sales -

  • Oversee all sales and enquiries of sports accessories via various channels
  • Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
  • Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
  • Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
  • Schedule and coordinate with clients on accessories delivery and sports courts/field maintenance
  • Assist operations in coordination and administrative (paperwork include tender) matters
  • Overall provide smooth coordination for the daily flow of operations

Administrative -

  • Answer phones calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
  • Manage and update company databases
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a post-secondary certification
  • Relevant working experience would be advantageous
  • Must have computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Open to learning and adaptable to changes
  • Good time management and organisational skills
