Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Shipbuilding)
- Position Title: Project Admin / Project Administrative Coordinator
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + OT
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide daily price quotes.
- Generate quotes, sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Arrange and monitor deliveries, shipments, and project timelines.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction before and after project completion.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to achieve management-set goals.
- Act as the point of contact among customers, suppliers, and contractors for any issues or updates.
- Assist with routine office duties and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Exhibits excellent customer service abilities.
