Position Title: Founding Partner - Singapore & Malaysia Markets

Job Description:

As a founding partner overseeing the Singapore and Malaysia markets, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our clear aligner system business in these regions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand market presence through strategic initiatives, client engagement, and team leadership. This role demands a strong background in dental sales, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the dental market in Singapore and Malaysia, including identifying key stakeholders, establishing partnerships, and building a strong network of dental professionals.


Sales Growth: Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your expertise in dental sales to effectively communicate the value proposition of our clear aligner system to prospective clients.


Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dental practices, orthodontists, and other relevant stakeholders to drive adoption and loyalty to our product.


Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador for our clear aligner system, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance visibility and reputation in the market.


Requirements:


Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in dental sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.


Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take calculated risks.


Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.


Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans, with a focus on driving growth and market expansion.


Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the dental industry landscape in Singapore and Malaysia, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer preferences.


Compensation:

This position offers a compensation package consisting of equity ownership and commission-based incentives, reflecting the entrepreneurial nature of the role and providing the opportunity for substantial rewards based on performance.
