Working location: Work from home
Working hours: 10am to 4pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Salary: $10 to $12 per hour
Your role:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, resume databases, and referrals
- Reach out to prospective candidates via email, phone calls, and social media messages to introduce job opportunities and assess interest and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing information about the company, culture, and career opportunities to enhance candidate experience and engagement
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and screenings with recruiters and hiring managers as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases, tracking candidate interactions, status updates, and recruitment activities
- Regularly review and refresh talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and recruitment approaches
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies, providing guidance and support to recruiting teams as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above (Specialization in HR will be an advantage)
- Familiar with the recruitment process
- Possess initiative and independent
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets, Sharepoint and MS office
- Adaptability to changes
