Roles & Responsibilities
- To be accountable for the daily overall Food & Beverage Operations
- To oversee and ensure that all outlets are being operated efficiently and effectively.
- To constantly review, in consultation with the management of the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare monthly sales performance report of the outlets.
- Meet targets on sales, manpower cost, other operating cost and financial objectives set by management.
- Plan, develop business strategy including setting up SOPs.
- To provide constant leadership, counselling, advice and feedback to their peers.
- Oversee new opening of new food shops.
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Operations Manager min 3 years of F&B experience
- Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Detailed and result-orientated
- Excellent communications skills
- High adaptability and willing to learn
- Willing to travel to different outlets
