Job Scope:
- Assist in implementation and management of HACCP / ISO 22000 food safety and quality assurance programmes
- Work closely with Food Safety Committee of HACCP / ISO 22000 and recommend corrective measures to all food safety and hygiene related matters.
- Assist to enforce food safety procedures in compliance with HACCP / ISO 22000 and local regulatory requirements.
- To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP / ISO 22000 requirement of all Food Safety and Hygiene matters.
- Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our F&B outlets.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field (WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 / Level 4 is an advantage)
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in managing HACCP / ISO 22000 documentation
- Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, self-motivated and systematic
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
