Job Responsibilities:
- Packing of wine deliveries for the day.
- Ensure orders are accurate.
- Unload, sort, verify, stock, segregate, pick, reserve, replenish, pack, count and load goods as designated on orders.
- Assist in daily packing and deliveries of goods.
- Stages items correctly for delivery
- Ensure documents received from customers are properly stamp & signed.
- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely despatch of goods.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods areas at all times.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
- Sales return / Consignment collections ensure correct goods and are in good condition.
- Call/Email to arrange with customers on the delivery timing.
- Assist in unloading crates of wine received from incoming shipment.
- Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged.
- Report discrepancies and damages timely.
- Ensures warehouse goals are met.
