Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Customer Service Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and manage customers’ orders
- Attending and assisting with prospects and clients
- Identify customers’ needs and to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Assist in administrative job functions to support the sales team
- Excellent conduct to represent and uphold company’s reputation
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Customer Service, preferably within food / FMCG industry
- Positive attitude and customer service minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words)
- Business level Japanese proficiency level required to manage and liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts & customers
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: West
- Working hours: 5.5 day per week (during probation) ; 5 days + Alternate Saturday half day (upon confirmation)
- Salary: Up to S$4,000 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
