Job Title: Technical Consultant

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing our technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
  2. Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, solution architecture design, and technical feasibility assessments.
  3. Lead the implementation and configuration of our technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
  4. Conduct product training sessions for clients' technical teams and end-users to facilitate successful adoption and utilization.
  5. Customize and extend our solutions to meet specific client requirements, leveraging scripting languages, APIs, and other development tools as needed.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support services.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates, sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  10. Provide post-implementation support, including ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, to maximize the value of our solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on software implementation, configuration, and support.
  3. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  4. Experience with enterprise software solutions, CRM systems, ERP systems, or similar applications is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
  6. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, balancing client needs, project constraints, and product capabilities.
  7. Proven problem-solving abilities, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  9. Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, workshops, and project implementations.
