- Position : Course/Education/Training/Enrollment Consultant - West Coast Plaza

- Working hours : 5 Work Days 9am - 6pm (2 Weekdays OFF)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
- Share company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
- Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
- Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
- Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
- Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
- Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM
- system
Requirements:
- Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
