Job Description
- Assist Project Manager in tendering, understand the tender specification requirement.
- Taking Tender BQ, liaises with Main Con, QS, Suppliers, Contractors, etc.
- Need take BQ on Construction Drawing thereafter for Variation Purpose.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying in ACMV or its equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience of QS in ACMV is required.
- Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Understand the market updates and construction cost trend.
- Maintenance of proper documentation.
