Job Scope
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and systems management tools
- Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site and online
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
- Able to articulate issues and solutions to customers
Requirement
- Nitec or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Knowledge of Cloud applications (Office 365, Azure), firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions will be a plus
